ICE OUT is a coalition of immigrant rights organizations demanding an end to the brutal ICE operations. The intensifying war on immigrants has ripped apart families and devastated communities. New Jersey Citizen Action

NJCA combines political advocacy, electoral campaigns, public outreach, and community empowerment programs to make a real difference in the lives of everyday New Jerseyans. With this comprehensive approach, the organization addresses systemic and institutional issues as well as the pressing needs and interests of low- and moderate-income individuals across the state.

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark

Catholic Charities provides low cost and pro bono legal assistance in all phases of immigration and naturalization proceedings, including removal defense (asylum, cancellation of removal, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status), family petitions, waivers of inadmissibility, humanitarian applications (VAWA, U visa, T visa), TPS, DACA, and naturalization. All cases are handled by an attorney or Department of Justice Accredited Representative.

Program staff are also available to provide educational workshops on immigration law and current immigration issues.

American Friends Service Committee

Peaceful ends can only be achieved through peaceful means. AFSC advocates for community safety beyond policing and incarceration. They seek to end prison privatization and work for more humane conditions of confinement and better reintegration after prison.

Resistencia en Acción New Jersey

Resistencia en Acción New Jersey (REA NJ), is a grassroots, volunteer-led organization that was founded in 2009. At their first International Workers’ Rights Day protest in the city of Hightstown, Mercer County in the same year, the organization was established.

Their mission is to advance and protect the rights of immigrants and working class communities in New Jersey. Their work has become more urgent because migrants are being criminalized with the collaboration between local police and immigration enforcement agencies.
